She is the founder of Turn to Tax Resolution and an expert on solving individual and small business IRS and State tax problems. Known by her clients as a knowledgeable, caring professional who takes extreme pride in her attention to detail, Sara truly values each individual situation.
From making Spanish-speaking clients feel at home to making time to answer every question, she brings a caring attitude that is hard to match. Creating trust and comfort has led to many referrals, repeat business, and lifelong relationships that go beyond the tax business.
Sara carries her Enrolled Agent designation and offers bilingual services for Spanish-speaking clients. She is married, has two boys and two German Shepherd dogs. When she’s not busy resolving her client’s stressful tax concerns, she’s spending time outdoors camping and visiting national parks.

Julie Lynch, a distinguished professional, recently concluded an illustrious 38-year career as a Revenue Officer in the esteemed Collection Division of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Throughout her tenure, Julie adeptly handled a diverse array of collection cases, demonstrating expertise in addressing issues related to both individuals and businesses. Her responsibilities encompassed the comprehensive resolution of cases, ranging from securing Offers-in-Compromise and installment agreements to managing cases deemed currently not collectible and processing requests for abatement.
Collaboration was a hallmark of Julie’s career, as she worked closely with all divisions within the IRS, fostering cooperation with the Examination Division and Taxpayer Advocate. Regular meetings with representatives from both the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the IRS Office of Chief Counsel showcased her commitment to a well-rounded approach to tax matters. Julie’s dedication extended beyond her primary responsibilities, as she taught multiple IRS classes, served as an On-The-Job Instructor for new employees, and, in her role as a senior Revenue Officer, acted as a mentor to lower-graded colleagues.

Ed Babitzke
Ed Babitzke, a seasoned professional, served as a former IRS Revenue Officer with the Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service, leaving an indelible mark on his distinguished career. His jurisdiction spanned four key states, namely Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, and North Dakota.
Ed’s multifaceted role within the IRS included serving as a teaching instructor, an on-the-job instructor, and stepping into the position of acting group manager on numerous occasions. A veteran and highly skilled former agent, Ed contributed significantly to the Wage and Investment Division as a tax resolution representative, recognized by the title TRR at the local Taxpayer Assistance Center.
His expertise covered the entire spectrum of the collection division of the Internal Revenue Service, making him a go-to authority in matters such as trust fund taxes, payroll taxes, individual cases, businesses, corporations, and any entity indebted to the IRS. Ed’s prowess was particularly evident as he handled some of the largest cases in his post of duty, showcasing his dedication to resolving complex and high-stakes matters.

Alysia brings a wealth of experience garnered from her illustrious career with the Federal Government, holding positions in both the Department of Treasury (IRS) and the Department of Defense, where she contributed to Academic and Military Projects for the Army and Navy. Her early professional journey also included roles in global corporations, where she served as an Agent, Accountant, and Analyst.
As a seasoned Revenue Agent, Alysia’s combined 18 years of government service, corporate accounting, and individual business consulting establish her as a true leader in her field. Her extensive background encompasses a variety of roles, reflecting her versatility and proficiency. Alysia’s expertise extends to income tax preparation for diverse entities, including individuals, corporations, partnerships, non-profits, estates and trusts, foreign expats, start-ups, and community property.

Herb Cantor
Hailing from Coral Gables, Florida, Herb embarked on his professional journey with a two-year stint in public accounting at the esteemed international CPA firm Harris, Kerr Forster. Following this initial experience, he transitioned to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), where he commenced his career in the Small Business Division as a Revenue Agent. In this role, Herb specialized in auditing “C” and “S” corporations and Schedule-C’s, showcasing his expertise in diverse tax scenarios. His capabilities were further recognized as he took on the responsibilities of an acting group manager during this phase.

Peter initiated his IRS career in 1986 as a dedicated Revenue Officer in the vibrant New York City area. In this role, he engaged with taxpayers, addressing balance due and non-filing issues with a commitment to resolution. After five impactful years, Peter ascended to the role of Revenue Officer Manager, overseeing a team of fifteen employees. During this tenure, he not only managed a Revenue Officer training group but also led an Offer in Compromise group.
